I have a problem with an Eloquent Software application. How can I get help?
     You may either contact us by e-mail or post in our forums. Please include as much detail in your message as possible, including the version of the software you're using, the version of Mac OS X you're running, exactly what circumstances produce the problem, and anything else that might be relevant.

The program won't accept my serial number. What do I do?
     Make sure that you enter both the name and the serial number exactly as they appear in your confirmation e-mail. The best way to ensure this is to directly copy and paste the serial number from the confirmation e-mail into the serial number box.

My LiveDictionary serial number doesn't activate the Ultralingua.net dictionaries, or my Ultralingua.net subscription doesn't register LiveDictionary. What's going on?
     We are proud to integrate Ultralingua.net's services into LiveDictionary to provide access to a wide array of high-quality bilingual dictionaries. However, Ultralingua.net is a separate product from LiveDictionary and a subscription or registration for one will not unlock the other. In order to have a fully working LiveDictionary using Ultralingua.net's dictionaries, you need to register LiveDictionary as well as subscribe to Ultralingua.net's services. Note that this does not apply to any of the other dictionaries that LiveDictionary offers.

I lost my serial number, can you send it to me again?
     Yes. Please e-mail us with your name, e-mail address, and billing address at the time you purchased the serial number, and we can send the serial number to you.

I don't like your program. Can I get my money back?
     Please note that all Eloquent Software programs have a fully-functional free trial period. We strongly encourage you to take advantage of this free trial period to determine that the program meets your needs before you purchase it. If you have already purchased a serial number and want a refund, e-mail us within 30 days of your purchase. Refunds are given at our discretion.

Can I enter my serial number on two computers?
     Yes, you may use your serial number on multiple computers so long as they are all for your personal use.

Can I give my serial number to my friend?
     No, your serial number is for your use only.

Do you offer volume discounts or site licensing?
     Standard volume discounts are available in our online store. For large quantity purchases or site licenses, please e-mail us for details.
